• Website was added to the agenda.
2. Approval of Minutes
The minutes from the February 10/04 meeting were not available.
3. President's Report -Ian Baker
• Ian Baker reported that Jane Shanks will be introduced by
Rob Clark at the May 18th meeting.
• Benita Loughlin and Elaine Reynolds are confirmed for the
November 16, 2004 meeting.

5. Secretary Report - Maureen Ruddick
• Nothing to report.
6. Treasurer Report - Pam Prior
• Pam Prior was absent and will present the Financial Report
at the AGM.
7. Public Affairs Report - Chris Harris
• Chris Harris was absent and therefore, no report.
8. Membership Report - Bryan Jakeman
• Nothing to report.

• Neo-Fusion paid bill then Fraser Valley Estate Planning
Council will reimburse.

• The Canadian Donors Guide wanted FVEPC mailing addresses
and the suggestion was to go to our website.
