2. Approval of Minutes
Moved by Chris Harris, Seconded by Bryan Jakeman,
THAT the Executive Committee Minutes from January 6, 2004 be adopted
as circulated.
Motion Carried.
3. President's Report -Ian Baker
• I. Baker was absent, therefore there was no report.
4. Program Report -
• Pam Prior reported that Chris Ireland is confirmed to speak
at the March 9th dinner meeting.
• Dave Mitchell, KNV, is also a possibility as a speaker. Chris
Harris will see if he's available. Dave speaks on the State of Business
in BC.
5. Secretary Report - Maureen Ruddick
• Nothing to report.
6. Treasurer Report - Pam Prior
• CIBC - $2,222
• TD - $1,444
• GIC - $5,822 + interest
7. Public Affairs Report - Chris Harris
• Chris Harris has posted an article on the Fraser Valley
Estate Planning Council in the March issue of the Surrey Chamber
News.
8. Membership Report - Bryan Jakeman
• Bryan Jakeman stated that the Executive Committee needs
to strategize to attract an increase in membership.
