2. Approval of Minutes
Moved by Brian Hayton, Seconded by Mary-Jane Wilson,
THAT the Executive Committee Minutes from October 21, 2003 be adopted
as circulated.
Motion Carried.
3. President's Report -Ian Baker
• Ian wished the committee a Happy New Year.
4. Program Report - Ian Baker
• Chris Ireland, formerly of KPMG, will be asked if could
a speaker. Pam Prior will call him.
• Gordon MacRae could possibly team up with Chris Ireland.
• Dave Mitchell, KNV, is also a possibility. Chris Harris will
see if he's available. Dave speaks on the State of Business in BC.
5. Secretary Report - Maureen Ruddick
• Not present.
6. Treasurer Report - Pam Prior
As of Dec. 20/03 -
• CIBC - $3,730
• TD - $1,103
• GIC - $5,822 + interest
7. Public Affairs Report - Chris Harris
• Chris will find out if the Surrey Chamber of Commerce will
advertise the next dinner meeting.
8. Membership Report - Bryan Jakeman
• Membership = 45 members
• 3 new members this year.
